About
I have spent 14+ years moving from trainee engineer to Solution Architect — still close to the code, and accountable for the architecture that has to survive audits, clients, and scale.
The work sits on two rails: hands-on technical design, and delivery leadership for teams of 15–25+ across architecture, engineering, and QA. I have spent time as an onshore SME (including Comerica in Michigan) and as the person who has to make offshore execution match what a regulated client actually needs.
Domains are U.S. banking, insurance, and HR-finance platforms, plus national-scale energy with India’s Open Access Registry. Current focus is agentic workflows — MCP, RAG, and skill/rules guardrails — so autonomous systems can operate inside policy in regulated environments.
Clients and leaders tend to remember structured delivery and calm ownership under transition. Awards along the way (STAR&R, Award of Excellence, Service Delivery Prodigy, Empowered) matter less than whether the platform still holds after the program is over.
